Awaken is a 3-hour workshop designed to help you move from your head into your heart, from self-doubt into embodied truth. Through breathwork, voice play, and somatic release, you’ll meet yourself more deeply—and find freedom in the sound of your true voice.
Join facilitators Kairos and Heather Rene, on Saturday, May 10 from 12:45–4pm in Boulder for a transformational experience rooted in breath, sound, honesty, and joy.
This is not your average workshop! It’s an expression of truth, YOUR truth, as you liberate it from within.
It’s an invitation to play, even if you feel anxious.
It’s about getting out of your head and into your body, and using your breath to find your voice.
In this immersive experience, we’ll explore:

• Somatic practices that rewire and release
• The joy of being showing yourself in a non-judgmental container

Your facilitators:
Kairos is a hospice chaplain with 18 years of experience supporting individuals and families through the end-of-life process, and over 25 years devoted to shadow work and spiritual development. He has spent his life exploring the deeper questions of existence and is an active presence in Boulder’s alternative community. Drawing from his hospice work and personal journey, Kai helps others discover meaning, fulfillment, and a deeper connection to life. A sought-after speaker, he weaves spiritual insight with storytelling to inspire right relationship with self and others while embracing our mortality as a gateway to truly living.
Heather Rene is a seasoned vocalist with decades of experience performing, teaching, and guiding recreational singers to reach their full potential. She creates safe, playful spaces for vocal exploration, helping individuals challenge limiting beliefs and embrace singing as a healing practice. Using circle singing, vocal improvisation, and embodiment, she invites others to connect with their inner power and express joy through their voices. Her work is rooted in self-expression and unlocking the transformative power of the human voice.
